Corrections, codes worth documenting, and questions about the site. Nothing on this page sends anything anywhere: it either opens GitHub or opens your own mail app.

A correction, or a code worth adding

These go to a public issue tracker. Corrections to this site are handled in the open, because a site claiming every code was verified should let you check how it behaves when one turns out to be wrong.

An entry is wrong A code should be here Something is broken

No GitHub account?

Write it here and it opens in your own mail app, already filled in. This form has nowhere to submit to. There is no server behind it and no form service, which is the same reason the tools on this site have nothing to upload to.

Nothing leaves this page. Your mail app opens with the text ready to send.

What is worth sending

  • A correction. If an entry is wrong or out of date, say which one and what the right answer is. This gets fixed the fastest.
  • A code that should be here. Send the code and, if you have it, what it turned out to be. Codes are added as they are verified.
  • A question about the site itself. Happy to answer.

What I cannot help with

I cannot troubleshoot your environment over email. If a device in your fleet is failing, the entry for the code and the log it points at will get you further than I can from the outside.

Before you send a log

Logs from a managed environment usually contain device names, user names, and internal paths. Remove anything you would not want published before sending it.
